This recipe is made with butter that is sourced from Canadian farmers through farmer-owned cooperatives.  OG GHEE is deliciously caramelized  lactose free and has a high smoke point (485F). This makes it exceptionally versatile for pretty much anything you use it for! Get ji-ghee with this Using 100% local Canadian ingredients this ghee is a play on the traditional “Herb and Garlic” flavours often found in dairy products. By slow infusing Alberta Red Russian Garlic and BC herbs such as Rosemary and Thyme we’ve created a savoury ghee that is to DIE FOR!
